Once orders are placed you can't cancel or make any changes, so please check your shipping address, billing address, and items carefully!
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package to your door. If you are experiencing any issues with this, please send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number, and we’ll help you out!
Your order will arrive in a box or branded bubble mailer. You can request a handwritten gift note card with a message at checkout. Additionally, you will receive one canvas jewelry pouch per bracelet.
Standard orders are generally estimated to take 3-5 business days to process plus 5-7 business days from shipment to be delivered (for US orders only).
Orders containing Custom products are generally estimated to take 7-10 business days to process plus 5-7 business days from shipment to be delivered (for US orders only).

For international orders, once processed and shipped, we generally estimate that they will arrive within 6-10 business days.
Shipping costs $5 for domestic shipments, $10-$18 for priority domestic shipments, $20 for Canadian shipments and $50 for all other international shipments.
**Please note that these are estimates and they are subject to change. Certain products have exceptions to these shipping costs which will be
noted on their product pages. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
Unfortunately, you cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. If you’d like to ship your packages to multiple locations, please kindly complete separate transactions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping with multiple orders. If you’ve placed your orders within one hour, you may be able to cancel them by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and then re-purchase your items under one order.

No. Orders containing both standard and custom items will ship at the same time, in the same package. If you'd like them to ship separately, please complete separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
Please note that returned merchandise must be undamaged. Sale, Custom, Mystery Bags, and Mystery Bracelets are final sale. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard return window, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
In the event of a return, we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs. In the event of an exchange, we pay to ship the new product(s) to you.
To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the order number associated with your purchase and the shipping address zip code, or the email address associated with your purchase to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. Please contact email@example.com if you have any issues.
No order slip is required, as long as you use the return shipping label we provide to you.
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange process. Your preferred item will ship to you right away.
We ship exchanges ASAP - even before we receive your order.
After you move through the return steps online, you’ll receive a temporary credit equal to the value of the returns you’re sending back. You can use this credit to make a new purchase, and it ships ASAP - before we even receive your order. If you do not use the credit, your original payment method will be refunded as usual.
Visit our Returns Center and click the ‘Returning a gift’ link below the email entry box. After entering your email address and order information, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.
If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Little Words Project® offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products; however, the bracelet must be registered and you must provide us with a picture of the damaged item.
Tarnishing and ordinary wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

Loyalty points expire after 1 year of inactivity. Being an active user is maintained by making a purchase, receiving points, referral share/completion, redeeming points, and creating an account.
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in a cloth bag or a jewelry box. Please remove your jewelry before contacting water or any chemical products. You may clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
Please note, tarnishing of gold plated products will accelerate when coming into contact with water, lotion, perfume, and other chemical products, or if you have high PH in your skin. It is not uncommon for gold plated products to begin fading after six months of being worn often.
Our original bracelets are made with elastic cord and stretch to fit most wrist sizes. See size guide below.

Our products are crafted using materials that are safe and non-toxic, and are free from Nickel, Cadmium, or Lead. To guarantee the utmost safety and quality for kids, we thoroughly examine all materials utilized in our products, and ensure that they do not contain chemicals that fall under Prop 65 regulations.

We generally estimate 7-10 business days for custom orders to be processed through our facility. Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. Once orders are placed, you can't cancel or make any changes, so please check your items carefully!
If your order contains custom bracelets, you can add a Custom Fast Pass at checkout to have your bracelets made within 2 business days vs. our standard 7-10 days. The Custom Fast Pass will be an extra charge on your order.
Adding a Custom Fast Pass does not affect shipping times, only processing times.
Each Little Words Project® bracelet has a small, circular charm tag with a unique registration code inscribed on the back and our logo on the front. You will use the code on the circular charm tag to register your bracelet.
Use the code to register your bracelet on our website. Fill out the registration form and share your story. Tell us why you chose your bracelet, maybe where it came from, how you plan on using it to inspire you, or what it means to you. Your story is your own and we want to hear it!
Once you’ve registered your bracelet, please allow 72 hours for your registration to be approved. You can read your registration and others on our Track Your Word page. Once the recipient of your bracelet registers it, using the same charm tag code, you will receive an email for 10% off your next purchase!
Each Little Words Project® bracelet has a small, circular charm tag with a unique registration code inscribed on the back and our logo on the front. This code is used to register your bracelet on our website. If you decide to pass on your bracelet (which we highly encourage you to do!), this code can be used to track your bracelet’s journey from wrist to wrist, as each new wearer can register the bracelet as well.
When you register your bracelet you’ll receive free shipping on your next order, join a community of positivity, and activate the Limited Lifetime Warranty we offer on our bracelets.
Each Little Words Project® bracelet has a small, circular charm tag with a unique registration code inscribed on the back and our logo on the front. This code is used to register your bracelet on our website as well as track it! Visit the Track Your Word page on our website to view your registration and see who else has registered the bracelet.
When you pass your bracelet on, whoever receives your bracelet will use the same unique code inscribed on the bracelet's charm tag to register the bracelet again. You can search for your bracelet on the Track Your Word page by typing in your tag number, name or location. Follow your bracelet as it moves from wrist to wrist!

We leave the fundraiser bracelets posted for one month unless otherwise discussed with our team.
Each person will order on our website, and the order will get shipped directly to the address that is provided at check out.
ShopRunner is an annual membership with which you are eligible for FREE and fast shipping and free returns on eligible orders.
ShopRunner waives the cost of shipping but the payment, fulfillment, shipping, and returns are all handled by Little Words Project.
You must be signed into your ShopRunner account before checking out. Signing in with your ShopRunner User Name and Password will ensure eligible items in your cart will receive FREE and fast shipping.
ShopRunner does not ship any of your orders. Little Words Project ships the products free and fast from our warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, ShopRunner can be reached 7 days a week between 8am - 10pm EST at 1.888.721.7467.
Not all of our products are ShopRunner eligible, and your cart must have a minimum purchase amount of $25 in order to be eligible for ShopRunner FREE and fast shipping.

Typically, it takes just a few minutes for new customers to complete verification, but the process can take longer. Little Words Project does not have contrrol over eligibility status or timeline. If you have successfully registered with VerifyPass before, you can simply sign in to receive your discount code each time you shop with us.
No, the code cannot be combined with other offers. Code does not apply to shipping fees. During a sitewide sale period, your code may be disabled, but will activate once the promotional period has ended.
