Domestic Standard Orders:

  • Processing Time: 3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 5 business days from shipment
  • Applies to non-custom products

Domestic Standard Orders with Custom Products:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Delivery Time: 5 business days from shipment

Domestic Expedited Shipping:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 3 business days from shipment

International Shipping:

  • International orders take 20-30 business days for delivery. That includes processing and shipping times.

Shipping Methods & Cost

  • USPS First Class Mail: 5 business days - $5
  • USPS Priority Mail: 3 business days - $10
  • International: Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the selected country.

Please remember that these timeframes are estimates and are subject to change. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.

Please note that returned merchandise must be undamaged. Sale, Custom, Mystery Bags, and Mystery Bracelets are final sale. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard return window, then please contact and we’ll be happy to help you.

To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the order number associated with your purchase and the shipping address zip code, or the email address associated with your purchase to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. Please contact if you have any issues.



Little Words Project® offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products; however, the bracelet must be connected and you must provide us with a picture of the damaged item. 

Tarnishing and ordinary wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

Please note, if you are eligible for a replacement and we no longer carry your product style, you will have the option to choose from a selection of alternate products.
