Your order will arrive in a box or branded bubble mailer. You can request a handwritten gift note card with a message at checkout. Additionally, you will receive one canvas jewelry pouch per bracelet
Before proceeding to checkout, click on 'Store Pickup' in your cart to check if your items are available for pickup at one of our participating retail locations.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be prepared and ready for pickup at the chosen store. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification confirming that it's available for pickup.

Unfortunately, you cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. If you’d like to ship your packages to multiple locations, please kindly complete separate transactions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping with multiple orders. If you’ve placed your orders within one hour, you may be able to cancel them by contacting orders@littlewordsproject.com and then re-purchase your items under one order.
If your order is lost in transit or not found upon confirmation of delivery, reach out to our customer service team at orders@littlewordsproject.com. Be sure to provide your order details, including your order number and any tracking information. We’ll investigate the status of your shipment, and if we confirm it’s lost, we’ll send you a replacement right away.
Please note that our policy only allows for replacements, not refunds, for orders lost in transit or not found upon confirmation of delivery. This helps us ensure everyone gets the products they ordered. If you have any questions or need further assistance, our customer service team is here to help.
No. Orders containing both standard and custom items will ship at the same time, in the same package. If you'd like them to ship separately, please complete separate orders.
Yes, we provide international shipping to numerous countries around the world.
Shipping, duties, and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the selected address.
Please note: The breakdown of shipping, duties, and taxes at checkout will be displayed in USD. In some countries, the recipient is responsible for paying duties and taxes, which will be indicated at checkout where applicable.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Returns portal here.
Sale, Custom, Mystery Bags, Gift Cards, and Mystery Bracelets are final sale. Please note that returned merchandise must be undamaged. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard return window, please contact orders@littlewordsproject.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
Please be aware that returns from multiple orders cannot be combined into one box. Each order must be returned using its corresponding label. We cannot process returns for combined orders, and we are not responsible for any additional charges that may result from using the wrong labels.
We do not cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges. In the event of a return, we will refund your original form of payment less return shipping costs. In the event of an exchange, we pay to ship the new product(s) to you.
To make a return, please visit our Returns Center and simply enter the order number associated with your purchase and the shipping address zip code, or the email address associated with your purchase to initiate the return. For exchanges, follow the steps outlined above and select your new item for exchange. Please contact orders@littlewordsproject.com if you have any issues.
No order slip is required, as long as you use the return shipping label we provide to you.
If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
Once you initiate your return through our Returns Center, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label which will also be sent to your email.
After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange process. Your preferred item will ship to you right away.
We ship exchanges ASAP - even before we receive your order.
Visit our Returns Center and click the ‘Returning a gift’ link below the email entry box. After entering your email address and order information, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.
If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
For every purchase made, you get 1 point per $1 spent. Points are awarded upon fulfillment of your order.

Upon receiving your bracelet, simply sign in to your account and visit our Connect Page. There, you can fill out the form with your story. The code needed for this process can be found on the Charm Tag attached to your bracelet. After submitting the form, you will be rewarded with 15 points credited to your account.
*Please note: You can share your story and earn points up to 20 times per year, starting from September 1st.
Loyalty points expire after 1 year of inactivity. Being an active user is maintained by making a purchase, receiving points, referral share/completion, redeeming points, and creating an account.
Yes, it’s possible to lose your loyalty points if you abuse the program. Our Loyalty Program is built on trust and fairness. If we identify any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to discontinue your participation in the program, which may result in the loss of accumulated points.
Abuse of the Loyalty Program includes, but is not limited to:
If we determine that your participation in the Loyalty Program has been discontinued due to abuse, you may lose any accumulated loyalty points, and you will no longer be eligible for program benefits. We take these actions to maintain the fairness and integrity of the program for all our customers.
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in a cloth bag or a jewelry box. Please remove your jewelry before contacting water or any chemical products. You may clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
Please note, tarnishing of gold plated products will accelerate when coming into contact with water, lotion, perfume, and other chemical products, or if you have high PH in your skin. It is not uncommon for gold plated products to begin fading after six months of being worn often.

Our products are crafted using materials that are safe and non-toxic, and are free from Nickel, Cadmium, or Lead. - We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates any intellectual property or trademark laws including company names and/or profanity. In the event that an unauthorized word or phrase is used, we will reach out to you to change or cancel your order.
We generally estimate 7-10 business days for custom orders to be processed through our facility. Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. Once orders are placed, you can't cancel or make any changes, so please check your items carefully!
Step 1: Each Little Words Project®️ bracelet has a small, circular charm tag with a unique registration code inscribed on the back and our logo on the front. You will use the code on the circular charm tag to connect your bracelet.
Step 2: Use the code to connect your bracelet on our website. Fill out the form and share your story. Tell us why you chose your bracelet, maybe where it came from, how you plan on using it to inspire you, or what it means to you. Your story is your own and we want to hear it.
Step 3: Be sure to let every recipient of your bracelets know how to connect the bracelet as well! This way, you can follow your Word's journey as it travels from person to person.

Typically, it takes just a few minutes for new customers to complete verification, but the process can take longer. Little Words Project does not have contrrol over eligibility status or timeline. If you have successfully registered with VerifyPass before, you can simply sign in to receive your discount code each time you shop with us.
No, the code cannot be combined with other offers. Code does not apply to shipping fees. During a sitewide sale period, your code may be disabled, but will activate once the promotional period has ended.
