Gold CZ Heart Eternity Band Ring

My friend who recieved this as a gift loved her bracelet! However, the letters started scratching/rubbing off after less than 6 months of use. I emailed customer service, they were very helpful and provided me a full refund for replacement. My friend will now only being wearing this for special occassions as she's learned it doesn't stand up to everyday use.

I was hesitant to pull the trigger because of the higher price even though it is vermeil, since it can eventually tarnish. I was also worried the stones wouldn't be good quality, but I took advantage of a custom order sale and couldn't be more happy with the bracelet. The sparkle is beautiful, as is the quality. I especially like the etching quality where it is personalized. It's like lasered on and the piece comes with an extender so you can where it looser or tighter whenever you'd like. Gorgeous in person and probably my favorite jewelry item. I wear it everyday. I has my sons first & middle name and birthday. I'm obsessed with it. Get one, you won't regret it.
