• Custom words include up to 5 letters at no additional cost. If your word exceeds 5 letters, there will be a $5 charge for each additional letter. • There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates any intellectual property or trademark laws including company names and/or profanity. In the event that an unauthorized word or phrase is used, we will reach out to you to change or cancel your order.
