Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Returns portal here.

Sale, Custom, Mystery Bags, Gift Cards, Subscriptions, and Mystery Bracelets are final sale. Please note that returned merchandise must be undamaged. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard return window, please contact orders@littlewordsproject.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
