Subscription FAQs
Our Word of the Month Subscription delivers one bracelet each month, featuring a new word designed to spread kindness and intention. Subscribers receive exclusive access to subscriber-only product drops and special perks throughout their membership.
All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month, no matter when you signed up. If you subscribe on the last day of the month, you’ll be charged again the next day for the upcoming month’s bracelet. Once billed, your order will follow our standard processing timeline. We’ll send you a reminder email 72 hours before each billing date so you have time to make any updates.
Yes. After completing the three-month minimum, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal.
Once canceled, future billing will stop. Any orders that have already been processed will still ship as scheduled. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to subscriber-only product drops.
At this time, we do not offer prepaid subscriptions. However, you can gift a subscription for 3, 6, or 12 months by visiting our subscription gifting page.
Yes. The upcoming word is revealed before billing, so eligible subscribers can decide whether to continue, skip, or gift.
Subscription items follow our standard warranty policies unless otherwise stated.
Please note:
- All subscription orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, including for size.
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty policy.
- Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
- Rewards may not be applied to subscription purchases.
Subscription orders ship free of charge.Subscription items ship separately and cannot be combined with other orders for shipping or fulfillment.
Subscriptions are not eligible for additional promo codes, discounts, rewards, TYB, or other promotional offers.
Subscriptions do count toward your 20% cashback benefit, where applicable.
Gift cards may be redeemed on a first subscription order only and cannot be applied to recurring subscription charges.
