Subscription FAQs
Our Word of the Month Subscription delivers one bracelet each month, featuring a new word designed to spread kindness and intention. Subscribers receive exclusive access to subscriber-only product drops and special perks throughout their membership.
All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month, no matter when you signed up. If you subscribe on the last day of the month, you’ll be charged again the next day for the upcoming month’s bracelet. Once billed, your order will follow our standard processing timeline. We’ll send you a reminder email 72 hours before each billing date so you have time to make any updates.
Yes. After completing the three-month minimum, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal.
Once canceled, future billing will stop. Any orders that have already been processed will still ship as scheduled. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to subscriber-only product drops.
Prepaid plans let you pay upfront and save, either 10% on a 6-month plan or 15% on a 12-month plan. You'll still get one bracelet every month with all the same subscriber perks, and your size and metal color are locked in for the full term. Prepaid plans are final sale and renew automatically, but you can turn off Auto Renewal anytime in your account.
Yes. The upcoming word is revealed before billing, so eligible subscribers can decide whether to continue, skip, or gift.
Subscription orders ship free of charge. Subscription items ship separately and cannot be combined with other orders for shipping or fulfillment.
Just log in to your portal. Scroll to the bottom to find the add-on carousel. Tap “Browse All,” choose your favorites, and add them to your order. They’ll ship with your next delivery.
Subscriptions are not eligible for additional promo codes, discounts, rewards, TYB, or other promotional offers.
Subscriptions do count toward your 20% cashback benefit, where applicable.
Gift cards may be redeemed on a first subscription order only and cannot be applied to recurring subscription charges.
Subscription items follow our standard warranty policies unless otherwise stated.

- All subscription orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, including for size.
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty policy.
- Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

Unfortunately, subscriptions are only available for U.S. shipping at this time. If you're an international customer, you're still welcome to place a one-time order, but subscriptions cannot be shipped outside of the U.S.
