Order
Once orders are placed we are unable to cancel or make any changes, so please check your shipping address, billing address, and items carefully!
Once your order ships, get ready for excitement! You'll receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your package all the way to your door. If you encounter any issues, just drop us an email at orders@littlewordsproject.com with your name and order number, and we'll take care of the rest!
Unfortunately, with the influx of orders and the constant updates to sales, we’re unable to accommodate any price adjustments at this time. While we’re unable to retroactively apply current promotions to previous purchases, we truly appreciate your understanding and support. We’re so grateful to have you as part of our community! 💖
Shipping & Processing Times
Domestic Standard Orders:
- Processing Time: 3 business days
- Delivery Time: 5 business days from shipment
- Applies to non-custom products
Domestic Standard Orders with Custom Products:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days
- Delivery Time: 5 business days from shipment
Domestic Expedited Shipping:
- USPS Priority Mail: 3 business days from shipment
Canada and International Shipping:
- Canadian and international orders take 20-30 business days for delivery. That includes processing and shipping times.
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates and might change. For detailed info on specific shipping costs and any exceptions for certain products, check out the product pages. If you have any more questions about shipping, our customer support team is always here to help!
Sometimes, packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them off–––frustrating, we know!
You may receive your order within 5 business days after your tracking status is updated to "delivered." We kindly ask for your patience, as we are unable to take action until these 5 business days have passed.
If your order still hasn’t arrived, no worries! Simply reach out to us at orders@littlewordsproject.com within 30 days of the delivery notification, and we’ll be happy to assist in getting a replacement sent out to you. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for orders confirmed as delivered but not received.
We’ll send out a replacement of the same product (size, pattern, customization) to the address on file as quickly as possible. If you need to update the shipping address, no problem—just let us know! However, please note that we’re unable to make changes to the bracelet design or customization.
While we’re unable to process refunds for items lost in transit, we’re here to make sure you receive your order and have the best experience possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help!
